BARRIER-FREE ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Pursuant to the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523 of 11 October 2018, establishing a model accessibility statement in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies.

NON BARRIER-FREE CONTENT

Incompatibility with the Web Accessibility Act (WZG) to implement the Directive (EU) 2016/2102

During the review, the following barriers were identified that do not yet fully meet accessibility requirements:

Subordinate navigation elements are currently not fully accessible via keyboard.

  • Subordinate navigation elements are currently not fully accessible via keyboard.
  • Currently, the language selection cannot be controlled via keyboard.
  • Links are distinguished solely by colour, which can make them difficult to recognise for some users.
  • Some of the PDF documents provided have no  barrier-free accessibility.
  • In some cases, images lack meaningful alternative text.
  • The ‘+’ button for opening media elements cannot be operated using the keyboard.
  • Moving content/scrolling text is used that cannot be paused.
  • In some cases, images with text content are used that are not available in machine-readable form.
  • In some areas, the keyboard focuses on invisible content, which makes orientation difficult.
  • In some cases, text contrast does not meet the recommended minimum values.

The presentation of our web pages is done according to current technical possibilities and standards. We have made random checks of the order in which elements in the main content are technically displayed. If you notice any problems with individual elements, please pass on your suggestions to us.

The content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legislation

PDF documents and Office documents are not accessible. For example, PDF documents are not tagged, so that capture and use by screen reader users is either not possible, or only insufficiently so. Thus, WCAG success criterion 4.1.2 (name, role, value) is not met.
