BARRIER-FREE ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Pursuant to the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523 of 11 October 2018, establishing a model barrier-free accessibility statement pursuant to the Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on barrier-free access to the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies
BBT SE endeavors to design its website www.bbt-se.com in accordance with § 14b of the Tyrolean Anti-Discrimination Act 2005 implementing the Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and the Council of 26 October 2016 on barrier-free access to the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies .This accessibility statement applies to the website www.bbt-se.com
NON BARRIER-FREE CONTENT
Incompatibility with the Web Accessibility Act (WZG) to implement the Directive (EU) 2016/2102
- Images and graphics sometimes still have inadequate or missing alternative text. The success criterion 1.1.1 (non-textual content) is thus violated. We strive to revise adequate alternative texts for new content immediately and for older content on an ongoing basis.
- Individual text passages do not have sufficient contrast between font and background. Elements consisting of the combination blue/white (buttons/headlines) do not have sufficient contrast, which is why the requirements (WCAG 1.4.3. Contrast minimum) cannot be fully met.
- Individual lists do not have the technical representation as a list. This violates success criterion 1.3.1 (info and relationships).
- Settings for the web presence prevent functions for text enlargement on mobile devices. The success criterion 1.4.4 (set text size) is thus violated.
- Individual links consist of a link graphic and a link caption. Both have the same text. This violates success criteria 1.1.1 (non-textual content) and 2.4.4 (Link purpose in context).
- Individual selection elements are not sufficiently technically labelled. Success Criteria 3.3.2 (labelling or instructions) and 4.1.2 (name, role, value) are therefore violated.
- Links do not have sufficient labelling for assisting technologies in some cases. Success criteria 2.4.4 (link purpose in context) and 4.1.2 (name, role, value) are thus violated.
- Individual control elements are implemented as links, although they do not lead to another page or area. The success criterion 4.1.2 (name, role, value) is thus violated.
The presentation of our web pages is done according to current technical possibilities and standards. We have randomly checked the order in which elements in the main content are technically displayed. If you notice any problems with the realization of individual elements, please pass on your suggestions to us.
The content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legislation
PDF documents and Office documents are not accessible. For example, PDF documents are not tagged, so that they cannot be captured and used by screen reader users, or only insufficiently. Thus, WCAG success criterion 4.1.2 (name, role, value) is not met.
