PROJECT PROGRESS
Currently, around 90% of the 225 kilometre long tunnel system has been excavated.
In order to construct the complex tunnel system efficiently, the BBT project has been divided into several construction sections, so-called construction lots. This makes it possible to proceed with multiple excavation methods simultaneously in different locations along the new line.
